Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment with The Beauty Docs, you agree to the following policies: • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the appointment may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may forfeit their deposit. • No-shows will result in the loss of any deposit paid and may require full prepayment for future appointments. • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time with at least 48 hours’ notice. • Please arrive with a clean face and follow all pre-appointment instructions provided for your service. • By booking, you acknowledge that results vary by individual and agree to complete all required consent and intake forms before your appointment.
