A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance must be paid in person at the end of your service. All payment forms are accepted.

To book a fill, you must have at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining. If less than 40% remains, it will be considered a full set, and full set pricing will apply.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional charges.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hour's notice) will result in a charge of 50% of the remaining balance to the card on file.

No-call/no-show appointments will be charged the full appointment amount to the card on file.

Clients may reschedule once without losing their deposit if done at least 24 hours in advance.

If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior communication, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.

If you arrive late but within the 15-minute grace period, your service may be shortened to avoid delaying the next appointment.

All services are non-refundable once completed. If you experience an issue with your set, please contact me within 48 hours for an adjustment.
